(Unless I send you a message telling you how to enhance your search) With that being said this website will require you to register in order to search for homes. The good thing about this is you can set up a search and everytime the market updates you will receive notifications telling you that new homes that match your search are criteria are available.
Simply click on register for free put in your information and you will receive an email with your password. You then can log in at client login located in top right hand corner of home webpage to begin your search. Once you have logged in change your password. Very important : When you are entering information for your search make sure at the tab marked "Status" you Check the box that reads "Active" and that box only. (Like you see in the screen shot image below) This ensures that you are looking at homes that are actually available. When viewing homes if you are interested in a certain one and want to notify me simply click "Request more info" on the listing and it will be automatically sent to me.
